Design
Its impact comes from contrast: a solid mass of wood split by a canyon of light. The irregular live edges are left in their natural shape, and the glowing seam traces the line where the wood parts. There are no shades or extra ornaments, just timber and light.
Materials and build
Hardwood slabs are selected for continuous grain and good live edge character, then shaped so a channel runs through the center. The LED source is set inside this cavity. Everything is hand-sanded and finished, and natural wood varies in grain and tone from lamp to lamp.
Where to use it
Stand it beside a lounge chair, in a bedroom corner, in an entryway or anywhere that needs a gentle glow. It pairs naturally with Japandi and warm minimalist rooms, linen, stone and plants. Dust with a dry cloth with the light switched off.
