Craftsmanship and Design
Monkey pod is known for its swirling grain and warm tones, and this desk lets that character show. The top keeps its natural edges, while the base follows a simple, timeless outline that suits both contemporary and rustic rooms. A substantial 2.76-inch slab gives the surface a solid, grounded feel.
Material and Finish
Every desk is handmade from carefully selected solid monkey pod. Grain, knots, and color differ between slabs, so your desk will be one of a kind. Choose the finish tone that best matches your floors, shelving, and other furniture in the room.
Placement and Care
Use the smaller widths in a bedroom or study nook, and the 71- or 83-inch sizes for a full home office workstation. Wipe spills promptly, use a desk pad under heavy equipment, and keep it away from direct heat.
Frequently asked questions
How thick is the desktop?
The standard tabletop thickness is 2.76 inches.
Which width works for a dual-monitor setup?
The 59-, 71-, and 83-inch versions give comfortable room for two monitors, while 40 and 47 inches suit a laptop and lamp.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.
